Working with EDT you will only have one point of contact when dealing with the recruitment team and also when dealing with Accounts, unless of course you would prefer otherwise. Each employee of EDT is trained to take ownership of any issues presented to them and will follow through to ensure they are resolved.

You will not bombard you with countless CV’s, nor will you be sent ones that are outside the job description, budget or any of the other specifications. After search, selection and vetting you will only ever be sent a few resumes which fit all criteria. The candidates sent will have the designated skills, be within the availability stated and within the salary/rate ranges laid out by you.

Typically EDT will source candidates for even the hardest of vacancies within a week, often delivering candidates in the same day. It is not unusual to expect results within the hour.

Many candidates work with EDT exclusively due to receiving the same treatment as our clients, which in turn retains loyalty and ensures staff retention for our clients. EDT also has one of the most comprehensive databases for the Australian and UK market due to diligent networking, client and candidate referrals and various alternative methods to increasing coverage other than the conventional methods such as simply advertising.
