Job Description/Type: Contract
The consultant would be required to:
- Assist in the scoping and planning of the CMS project
- Provide design advice develop design documentation (where required) on the CMDB model to best suit customer business requirements
- Provide integration advice and develop design documentation where required for federation
- Develop process for managing changes to the CMDB
- CMDB Solution Architecture Document Updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- BMC Atrium CMDB
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Analytical and a great problem solver
- Beneficial: Test planning, Test case Development, Testing strategy or Test execution
Desirable but not essential skills:
- Atrium Orchestrator
- BMC Service Request Management
- Remedy Workflow
