Job Description/Type: Contract

The scope of the work will see you providing support in the scoping and planning phase of a content management system.

You will provide design & development advice around documentation on the CMDB model and make sure the customer has the best solution available to them.

You will provide integration advice and develop design documentation as and when required and develop processes for managing changes to the CMDB.

If you have any testing experience this would be beneficial to the role and project.

Skills and Experience required:

** At least 3-5yrs experience in ITSM
** At least 2yrs of BMC experience (up to 7.6)
** Have excellent client facing skills and experience
** Be a team player
** Have experience in CMDB
** Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
** Be analytical and a great problem solver
