Job Description/Type: Contract

** Have a minimum of 5yrs experience
** ITIL Certification
** Good working knowledge of BMC Remedy products - ITSM V 7.x and upwards
** IT architecture skills – and can articulate key aspects of BMC Remedy Architecture and Design.
** BMC Remedy AR System Experience – Version 7 and greater preferred.
** Must have strong integration skills and experience
** Must have dynamic and strong presentation skills
** Must have excellent documentation skills
** Have exceptional communication skills both written and oral

In addition to the above it's expected that you will have a good mixture of the following:

** Bachelors Degree or higher qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience – or both
** ITIL accreditation is essential
** Good BMC/ Remedy skills with either BMC / Remedy Accreditation or a proven minimum 3 to 5 years Remedy work experience.
